To add a shortlisting criteria, click on the Shortlisting Criteria button on the Shortlisting Overview.
You’ll see a list of any criteria already added to this vacancy, and an option to add a new one (see below image).
Choose your shortlisting criteria from the dropdown box and click Add to attach it to this job.
If you’d like to create a new shortlisting criteria, take these steps:
Shortlisting Criteria: choose Create New to show the new criteria fields
Criteria Code: give your criteria a short code - this is used where there’s a small screen space.
Criteria Name: name the criteria e.g. ‘Management Experience’
Criteria Description: write the criteria description - this tells managers what they’re scoring against.
Numeric Scoring: choose Yes if you’d like to score using numbers. Alternatively, the system will use Fully Met, Partially Met and Not Met as the scores.
Max Score: Set the maximum score that can be given
Min Score: choose the minimum passing score - candidates scoring below this will have their scores highlighted in red.
