If you’re doing your shortlisting offline, you’ll want to download your applications. There are a few options for doing this which we explain below.
First, visit your vacancy by clicking on Jobs in the top menu, then View Your Jobs. Find your vacancy and click it to load the vacancy overview. To view the application list, click the Applications tab.
Choose the applications you’d like to download, or click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all applicants on the current page.
Click the Download button on the toolbar and choose one of the following options for what should be included in your download:
No Monitoring Information: download only the main part of the application, without the equalities monitoring section (this is the only option for managers).
Next choose a format to download in:
HTML: best for viewing online
PDF: one big PDF file with all your forms in it, best for printing
Attachments: just download any attachments the candidates have included
Attachments and Application Forms: get one PDF file per applicant, plus any attachments they have included.
That’s it - your download should start straight away!
