To help with reviewing and scoring forms offline, you can download a shortlisting grid. This is located in the Shortlisting section inside a vacancy.
First, visit your vacancy by clicking on Jobs in the top menu, then View Your Jobs. Find your vacancy and click it to load the vacancy overview.
Visit Shortlisting by clicking the Shortlisting tab - you’ll find the shortlisting grid on the overview page (see below - icon 1)
Choose Download CSV to get a spreadsheet you can fill in on-screen or Download PDF to get a printable PDF document.
