To access reports on a particular vacancy, first click on the vacancy to load it.
You’ll see the Reports tab in the vacancy header - click to see a menu of reports you can access.
Application Status - see the number of applications in each application status, including incomplete applications.
Equal Opportunities - see your applicant’s responses to your equalities monitoring questions, broken down by the stage they reached in the recruitment process. Download the data as a spreadsheet by clicking download CSV, or get a spreadsheet showing exactly where candidates were unsuccessful by clicking Download Unsuccessful CSV.
Media Response - see your applicant’s responses to where they saw the vacancy advertised, broken down by the stage they reached in the recruitment process.
Media Cost - if you entered costs when adding your advertisers to your vacancy, you can see a report on this here.
Vacancy Visits - see which media suppliers and Jobsgopublic sites sent visitors to your vacancy, and how many went on to apply from each source.
