You can add as many users to shortlisting as you like - each will be able to review forms and add their own scores
You can decide which users should be able to make the final shortlisting decision based on all the
scores entered by others.
To add shortlisting users, first click the Users button from the Shortlisting overview.
You’ll see a list of users who already have permission to shortlist - the Recruitment Lead and Recruiting Manager for your vacancy will already be in the list.
To add a new user click the User dropdown, choose their name and click Add.
You can then adjust what the user should be able to do:
Can Review & Score: tick this box to allow the user to download forms / review them on-screen, and to add shortlisting scores. Any user set up as a Recruiting Manager won’t be able to see equalities monitoring information while they review forms.
Can Make Decision: tick this box to allow the user to see other shortlisting users’ scores & notes, then make the final shortlisting decision based on this.
