Once you’ve created your interview slots, you can schedule applicants into these slots
Either follow the process below to automatically assign a slot to an applicant, or go to our article on self-service slots to see how to open self-service slots for applicants to pick from.
To schedule applicants automatically, click on Schedule Applicants.
You’ll see the screen on the right, with two fields for assigning slots:
Applicant Status: choose which applicants should get interview slots by picking a status here.
Interview Type: choose which type of interview you’re offering them - this will tell the system which slots to give them if you have more than one interview type.
Click Schedule and you’ll see the slots that have been filled in the Interview Slots table.
