How Do I Set Up Media Suppliers?

Media Suppliers are external, third-party places where you advertise your vacancies - for example, a non-JGP job board or a newspaper.

You can set these up here then select them on your vacancies to get Share Links and track where applicants are coming from.

You don’t need to worry about any JGP job boards or your own job site if we provide it - any system that your vacancy is posted to has its tracking taken care of automatically.

To add Media Suppliers go to Settings > Media Suppliers.

Name: the name of your media supplier - applicants will see this in the ‘where did you see this job advertised’ question on the application form.

Code: add a code for the media supplier (e.g. AllTheJobs might be ATJ) for reporting purposes.

Media Type: choose a type this media supplier fits into best.

Mandatory: tick Yes if you want this supplier to appear on every future job (i.e. you always advertise with this supplier).

Click Save to finish.
