How Do I Set Up My Account?

Setup your organisation structure in this section of the Settings menu.

Directorates

To add a new directorate, click the Directorate link and fill in the following fields:

Name: give the directorate a name

Code: give the directorate a short code - e.g. Adult Social Care could be ASC. This is used for the autogenerated vacancy references.

Employer Name on Advert: decide whether your organisation’s name or the directorate’s name should show as the employer on the advert.

Logo: upload a directorate logo if you wish.

Email Footer: add text that should go on the bottom of emails sent to applicants for jobs in this directorate if you wish.

Reply To Address: set the email address that applicant replies to emails should go to (optional).

Reply To Address From: decide if email replies from applicants should go to the system user who sent the email or the directorate reply-to address.

Default Vacancy Location: choose a vacancy location that jobs in this directorate should automatically use.

Default Interview Location: choose an interview location to use as default for this directorate.

Expiry Date: only set this if you no longer want to use the Directorate - ‘expiring’ is like deleting on the ATS, but without removing old data.

Once you’ve created directorates, you can create departments underneath them, and then business units under that if you wish.

Departments

To add a new department go to Settings > Account Settings > Departments

Name: give the department a name

Directorate: choose which directorate the department sits under.

Expiry Date: only set this if you no longer want to use the department - ‘expiring’ is like deleting on the ATS, but without removing old data.

Business Units

To add a new business unit go to Settings > Account Settings > Business Units

Name: give the Business Unit a name

Directorate: choose which department the business unit sits under.

Expiry Date: only set this if you no longer want to use the business unit - ‘expiring’ is like deleting on the ATS, but without removing old data.
