As you move applications through various stages of recruitment, it’s useful to change the application status
This means you can see a breakdown by status reached in reports like Media Response and Equalities Monitoring.
If you’re using online shortlisting, we’ll move applications into Shortlisting and Unsuccessful statuses automatically based on the shortlisting decisions you make.
Remember: applicants can see the status of their application in their account
To change the status of one or more applications, first select the applications you’d like to work with.
Next click Change Status and then click the Status you’d like to move the applications into.
That’s it! Once you’ve started moving applications into different statuses you can filter the application list to see only applications in a certain status using the Status Filter bar at the top of the list.
