Sometimes you might wish to download application forms, review them offline and come back to the system to add your scores.
You can do this on the Add Scores Only panel, which lets you add scores quickly without looking at the forms on-screen.
First click the Add Scores Only button - you’ll see a screen like the image at the bottom of this article.
As an Administrator, you’ll be able to add scores for every shortlisting user. Users with Review & Score permissions will only be able to enter their own scores.
Every applicant in the Applied status will show on this screen, with an option to add scores, notes and recommendations.
Simply fill in the screen with your scoring information and click Save to proceed.
