An award-winning attraction campaign for Hackney

Following a major review of their services based on extensive resident feedback and a wish to provide excellence, Hackney Homes urgently needed to fill a number of vacant & newly-created frontline posts. This was an extremely challenging brief due to the sheer volume of varied candidates required and required a dynamic and unique approach.

This campaign was a huge success, achieving a significant saving to Hackney Homes, both financially with over 50% cost-per-hire reduction on previous campaigns, and resource-wise with hundreds of hours of management time saved.
