Jobsgopublic are proud to be entering our 15th year with the best experience we’ve ever offered to jobseekers.
With more jobseekers visiting each month than ever before, a constantly developing job board and the widest range of products we’ve ever had on offer, it’s an exciting time. We wanted to update our look and feel to reflect this – which you’ll see across our sites and services from today!
A new design
After fifteen years of green, we felt it was time for a change, and we’ve gone for purple, the traditional colour of wisdom and creativity. For us it represents the years of experience Jobsgopublic holds in our sector – but also the modern, creative edge we bring to our work.
A new job board
We’re investing significantly in developing jobsgopublic.com, LGJobs and other services we offer. After research into the jobseeker journey, we designed our new job board with the candidate in mind. We used state-of-the-art heat mapping technology to track where candidates click, which features they use and how they travel through the site – then used this information to enhance jobseeker’s favourite tools in our new design, making their journey through the site even easier.
The main change today is the look and feel – but keep an eye out for new features from today onwards as our ongoing programme of improvements keeps rolling.
A better response for you
The changes we’re making aren’t just superficial (though we love our new purple) – our statistics show a huge growth in the number of jobseekers across all sectors using our services. That means we can deliver a higher response and better quality of candidate for your vacancies.
