A new look for your Jobsgopublic ATS!

We’re pleased to announce your Jobsgopublic ATS is getting a makeover!

As part of our ongoing programme of improvements we’ve redesigned the recruitment system for a fresher, more modern look and an easier to use interface.

We’ll be rolling out the new design over the next few weeks, but here’s a preview of the changes.

More user-friendly than ever

You’ll find all the system features where you left them – but we’ll also be updating the user guides available under the Help tab to help you familiarise yourself with the new system.

Here are a few of the key changes we’ve made to improve your user experience:

Improved navigation around your vacancy

We’ve made it clearer which vacancy you’re working on and replaced the ‘vacancy level actions’ dropdown with a menu bar, allowing you to jump into your vacancy’s settings with ease.

A streamlined applicant list

The old Actions tab under the applicant list has been replaced with separate tabs for each type of action – making it easier to find the task you need when dealing with large groups of applications.

A single applicant action menu

Instead of different menus underneath each application for changing the status, adding a document and recording appointment dates, we’ve grouped all the actions under one easy-to-use menu at the top of an applicant record.
