ATS Shortlisting Modules Updated

With our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) we’ve always aimed to make the recruitment process easily manageable and as efficient as possible. We’re constantly looking to develop the ATS, improving your experience and generally make your lives easier!
We’ve recently overhauled our Online Shortlisting module to dramatically improve the assessment and shortlisting process. Key features include:
• The ability to score applicants on more than one criteria – add shortlisting criteria on a per-job basis, or chosen from a standard list.
• Online shortlisting for your whole panel – review forms online as you score in one easy-to-use interface.
• More sorting and scoring options – see the best scored applicants, not just who passed and who didn’t.
• Easily add shortlisting users, download your detailed scores and much more.
These developments significantly expand the role that the ATS plays in your recruitment process, bringing each stage online and all in one place. We like to think we’re doing our bit for the environment too as our new review & score on-screen feature removes any need to print out application forms.
The new scoring system allows you to build a clearer insight into the calibre of your applicants, with total and average scores helping you determine candidates’ abilities across the board.
