With plenty more to come we wanted to take a moment to look back at 2015 and just a snippet of the exciting work our product and development teams have produced.

Online Application Form & Employer Account

We have always made a point of ensuring that our software products consistently provide solutions to the challenges faced by our clients as well as improving the recruitment process for candidates.

The Jobsgopublic Online Application Form (OLA) and Employer Account has been in development for some time as we sought to present our clients with an easy way to a first-rate application experience.

Coming off the back of a large amount of market research, we established that the majority of candidates prefer to apply for a vacancy through an OLA, it is however crucial that this OLA is highly functional as many reported having not completed an application due to a faulty form.

Another integral aspect of candidate experience is communication with many candidates reporting dissatisfaction with the levels to which they are kept informed during the application process.

The Jobsgopublic OLA is not only highly functional and easy-to-use but is also fully mobile and tablet responsive. The modularised features of the Employer Account also allow you to maintain easy communication with applicants throughout the process, whether in order to move them further through the process or to regret manage.

We were extremely excited for this launch last year and delighted to see the ways in which it is already having a significant impact for some of our clients.

LG Jobs Makeover

As many will know, in 2014 Jobsgopublic.com underwent a significant rebrand. We said goodbye to green and welcomed in our brand new look.

Not to be outdone, last year our sister site LGJobs.com underwent a makeover of its own. This was long overdue and provides the site with a slick, cleaner look as well as a more user-friendly interface.

ATS ‘How To’ Videos

Our friendly Support team are always on hand to answer your questions whenever you need them (providing it’s in office hours, apparently we have to let them out sometimes). However, we appreciate that you might not want to have to call them any time you have a question about your ATS.

For this reason, last year we created a series of ‘how to’ videos to help you use your ATS in the best possible way.

These videos take you step-by-step through a variety of processes that will allow you to get the most out of the system and use it to its full capabilities.

The videos tackle processes starting with simply adding a vacancy and going all the way through to creating filter questions and shortlisting online.
