ATS Updates
Sam Wilson, The 8th of July, 2016

It is incredibly important to us that you are getting the most out of your ATS and that the growing number of features are helping you save money and time as well as making your recruitment efforts more effective than ever before.

We take great pride in the fact that we genuinely listen to our customers and use their feedback as the driving force for a huge percentage of our developments and updates.

Here are the latest updates to your ATS:

Media ROI Report

Whilst media tracking links are a standard feature, our media tracking ROI (return on investment) report now provides you with an in-depth breakdown by each individual media. This allows you to see cost per vacancy visit and cost per application. Complete end to end tracking provides you with a clear picture of which media your applicants have come from at each stage of the recruitment process.

These features give you all the information you need in order to work out which media platform is providing you with the most quality applications and, ultimately, the most hires. This allows you to use your budget more wisely in the future, safe in the knowledge that you’re only spending on the platforms that will bring you those high quality applicants.

As mentioned, the ROI report is not a standard feature. If you would like to take advantage of this incredible tool then please get in touch with us today.

Adding an Online Application Form to a live job

Studies show that 54% of candidates prefer to apply through an online application form, on top of this 40% claim that an organisation’s choice of application method would impact their opinion of them. If you currently use a different application method, you could be missing out on quality applications.

As an ATS user, you have the opportunity to immediately start using the Jobsgopublic Online Application Form (OLA) for free. We have now developed the system, making it possible to add the OLA to jobs that have already gone live on the system.

Simply get in touch with the support team and they’ll be able to get this sorted for you right away.

Filtering Reports

We have made some updates to our reporting function in order to allow totally granular reporting across the system. Reports can now be filtered by Directorate, Department and Business Unit. This means that you can take your reporting to a new level of detail.

Accidental CV deletion

We all know the pain and frustration of accidentally deleting an important document, this is made all the worse if you then have to go back and ask for the document again. Following customer feedback, we have added a check to stop the accidental deletion of candidate CVs. If you delete an attachment, the system will now check to see if you are sure that you wish to proceed. You’ll never lose a CV again.

Additional Hours Information

We found that a number of our clients wanted to add extra information regarding specific hours on job vacancies in which candidates would be required to work non-conventional hours. We have now added a feature in which you can now add this extra information, if required hours fall outside the conventional working day or week.

If you have any feedback you would like to give us on your ATS and features you would like to see then please do get in touch.
