Hello and welcome to Issue #1 of the Jobsgopublic Education Newsletter,

Having spent over 15 years working on recruitment strategy and improvement in education, I have developed a passion for helping schools attract and recruit the best people. I firmly believe that it is only with the correct people in place that schools can thrive and effective recruitment is the only way to do this.

It is for this reason that I recently joined Jobsgopublic, having used their services for 11 years I was confident that their values and ethos very much aligned with my own. I knew that in joining the company I would be able to take an ethical approach to my work, an approach that genuinely placed the needs of educational institutions at the very heart.

I have decided to launch this newsletter for reasons that are very close to my heart, I want to do everything I can to ensure that schools have all the information that they need to make their recruitment efforts, not only effective but, safe and prosperous.

My hope is that this newsletter will become a valued source of guidance on key recruitment issues, such as the application process and candidate experience, as well as Safer Recruitment advice, industry tips and case studies.
