In a candidate-driven market, competition for the best talent is fierce. Standing out from the competition, attracting the right people and achieving your goals can be particularly challenging. This is especially true in the capital, where candidates have more choice in terms of opportunity than possibly anywhere else in the country.
We’ve recently had the pleasure of working on some extremely exciting campaigns and, in partnership with our clients, achieved some great results.
UK Export Finance
It’s always a pleasure to work with new clients especially ones as ambitious and dynamic as UKEF.
UK Export Finance came to us as they needed to fill a number of posts within their ICT and PMO teams. The aims of the campaign were clear – raise UKEF’s profile with a Central Government audience and find some quality candidates to fill some particularly technical positions.
We designed a microsite that showcased their diverse portfolio of partners, as well as outlining their ambitions and the opportunities on offer.
The site proved incredibly popular and saw considerable levels throughout the campaign. We’re awaiting the final results but we’re optimistic for success. We look forward to working more with UKEF in the future.
Hammersmith and Fulham
Hammersmith and Fulham’s planning services have thrived in recent years as they continuously rise to the challenges presented by a large, busy borough.
As they looked to appoint a number of crucial roles to help them continue their track record of innovative work throughout the borough – they came to Jobsgopublic to help them find exactly the right people.
We designed a microsite to showcase the diversity of the work as well as the continued ambition of the service. It was also crucial that we included the story of current employees who’s enthusiasm is seen one the councils greatest assets.
To fill a high number of difficult role we needed to send considerable levels of quality traffic through to the site. This was achieved through a targeted attraction campaign and we were delighted to hear that the council have since shortlisted and made offers for every role.
Following the success of these recent campaigns, we’re eagerly anticipating those coming in the near future.
With each employer having their own unique story to tell, we love nothing more than to help them tell it. Those currently in the pipeline include:
