Jobsgopublic launch recruitment website for Social Care in Croydon

Croydon Council is dedicated to improving the future of children and young people – and they need passionate and skilled social care professionals to help them do it. As Croydon improves and expands its children’s services, Jobsgopublic are delighted to announce the launch of a brand-new social work website to support their recruitment campaign.
Barbara Peacock, Executive director of People, said: “With more children and young people living in our diverse community than anywhere else in the capital, Croydon is a hugely rewarding place to practice social work with some unique challenges. Over 94,000 children live here – and almost 800 are looked after children. If you want to develop your career and gain a real breadth of experience, Croydon is where you should be.”
The recruitment campaign will span three months, seeking ambitious, passionate social workers at all levels, from newly-qualified, to advanced practitioners and unit managers.
Neel Patel, Head of Client Partnerships at Jobsgopublic, is proud to be working with Croydon to fill these roles. He said: “We’re excited to have the opportunity to tell Croydon’s fascinating story and help them recruit the best social work candidates out there.”
With a bigger focus on children’s social work than ever before, there is no better time to join this service. For more information on what Croydon Council have to offer and the current roles available, head over to www.croydonsocialworkjobs.co.uk
