Over the past couple of years, it has been our pleasure to be involved in LA Challenge events across the country. Back in August, we announced that we would be sponsoring the first-ever LA Challenge in London and now we’re thrilled to also be involved in the upcoming event in Colchester on October 31st 2018.

For those unaware, the LA Challenge provides exciting opportunities for local authorities to put their aspiring managers to the test. Councils submit teams of their employees to take on the role of the senior management team of a fictional authority. They are then thrown into the deep end as they are subjected to a series of high-intensity role play challenges as they look to pull their failing council out of crisis.

The challenges offer the chance for those involved to show their abilities, whilst also providing a fantastic learning and development experience.

Every event that we’ve been involved with has been a fantastic experience and we’re delighted to be involved again. We’ll be on hand on the 31st October to help the teams tackle a specific recruitment challenge and looking forward to meeting all those involved.
