Rolling recruitment campaigns

We can provide rolling recruitment campaigns, managed by our Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising specialists.

A rolling campaign means that the vacancy has no set deadline for applications. Instead, you'll be able to review applications on an ongoing basis, and only close the campaign once you've found suitable candidates.

You can also post new roles and replace and filled vacancies throughout the campaign. We'll adapt the marketing activity as needed to retarget based on your criteria.

This “always-on” approach means that promotional activity is consistent and constant. All the while, we'll optimise your ads based on performance data.
