Jobs Go Public brand announcement

Over the last few months, we’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how we can do more to champion and support the UK public sector.

We’ve spoken to public sector leaders and hiring managers, some who already work with us, and some who haven’t up to now. And we’ve spoken to candidates from across the UK about what they need from recruiters, and what they’re looking for in their next role.

The process has helped us take a longer-term view of the part we can play. It has reaffirmed our belief that candidates and employers alike need specialist support from experienced recruitment partners who understand the public sector.

To put ourselves in the best position to provide that support, we’re making major upgrades to what we offer.

What’s changing at Jobs Go Public

To start with, we’re unifying our services under a single brand, Jobs Go Public, which is a name known throughout the sector. To help us attract the best candidates on behalf of our clients, we’re also making changes to how we look and how we talk. You’ll start to see our new branding in the coming months.

But the changes to our packaging is just the beginning. Jobs Go Public is investing more in our teams and in our technology now, than at any point in the last 10 years.

It’s so we can help more Local Authorities, schools, charities, healthcare providers, and many other public sector organisations to find the people they need. Whether that’s someone with the skills to fill a specialist role, or someone to take up a position affected by labour shortages.

We’ve been building our new and improved Jobs Go Public platform behind the scenes for some time, and we can’t wait to show you later this year.

For over 25 years, we’ve worked side-by-side with public sector organisations. Looking forward, we want to set the standard in public sector recruiting. That means doing more to help good people connect at the right time, the right place, for the right role.
