It all began with crafting our brand story – one that encompasses who we are,

what we can do for our clients and candidates, and our expertise. 

 

Our brand story 

 

We are champions of the public sector. We don’t just find people jobs. We find them fulfilment. We don’t squeeze candidates into roles they don’t fit. We’re an honest, friendly bunch that put people before profit.  

 

For over 25 years, we’ve worked side-by-side with public sector organisations. Experiencing their challenges, first-hand. So, we get it. We understand the hurdles they face and the hoops they must jump through. It’s why we started Jobs Go Public. To be the specialists that truly support the sector.    

 

Our recruitment ecosystem helps good people connect at the right time, the right place, for the right role. Combining data and insight, we cover every base to ensure we’re able to create bespoke recruitment solutions for every scenario.

 

So, whether it’s a specialist role for those ‘harder to find’ positions or a targeted recruitment campaign for vital roles that keep the sector ticking - our expert team is best placed to make it happen. When it comes to the public sector, we don’t just talk the talk.

We wanted our logo to combine our determination to fly the flag for the public sector with our proactive approach.

 

As you see here, a ‘Go’ flag is front and centre of our logo and serves as an icon for Jobs Go Public moving forward. It represents our aspirations, values and mission, and expands into an impactful look and feel that encompasses our trail-blazing and innovative brand personality.

Our colours 

 

Anyone who is familiar with us will also associate us with the colour purple. It’s been part of Jobs Go Public in all our guises from the start, and it will continue with us into the future. Working alongside this core colour is a balance of strong greens to represent growth and a calm pastel palette that reflects the public sector: nurturing, empathetic and protective.

 

We created a colour palette that is both recognisable and fresh as we take this long-standing brand into its next chapter.

Our messaging follows five guiding principles:

Our communications approach is proactive, responsive, and positive as we focus on finding solutions, not creating more issues. We’re an approachable bunch, and we know our stuff, too.

 

It is our job to be clear in what we say and have the evidence and experience to it back up. We have the data, client reach and expertise to provide valuable insights that will help our networks and the sector as a whole.

With our candidate registrations growing by 200% since January 2023 alone, we needed to create an ecosystem that enabled them to find the roles they’re looking for quickly and easily. 

 

In turn, this enables us to grow our pool of great candidates and match them to our client roles. More candidates mean more public sector roles are filled quickly, which is the aim for our clients.

 

Later down the line, we’ll be introducing a brand-new applicant tracking system which will increase efficiency, improve the candidate experience, and increase the level of hiring insight for clients. Watch this space…

With combined public sector experience of over 40 years in our senior leadership team alone, team Jobs Go Public is the best in class.  But our work is not over yet.
